A softphone is a downloadable application you can use with your smartphone or tablet and is designed to replace or complement your desk phone. This crucial feature of Digital O2’s CloudPBX allows you to make or receive calls from anywhere as if you were at your desk.
- Emergency Routing
In the case your main extensions are offline, such as the event of a power outage; calls can be forwarded to any phone number (both on and off the platform), or to any other part of your call flow, such as Voicemail. If a call goes to emergency routing, Digital O2’s CloudPBX even has the ability to let you be informed via email.

The conference bridge allows you to host conference calls with as many callers as you need, making it an ideal element for multi-site organisations.
- Holiday Call Routing
With Digital O2’s CloudPBX we can set up pre-set holiday conditions. These situations, when matched, will send the call to a pre-configured action – such as Voicemail – with a custom message, like a Christmas message in December. Once configured, the condition can easily applied to as many call routes as needed.
