Turn your iPad into Cool Tactile interface

This was a project created by Florian Born, a system that meshes your iPad with arrangeable physical controls.

How this works is with a series of three types of controls including knobs, sliders and buttons. Each have an edging of magnets that click into place on your iPads screen. They transmit input signals using their conductive aluminium shells.

Florian also wrote an app that turns the input signals into useable information and commands it to whatever particular use he needed like editing through to music.

So unlike all the other interfaces out there, this system is infinitely rearangeable and re-programmable making it the ultimate DIY kit.
